Physical activity and mental health

Several studies support the relationship between physical activity and psychological health, and that physical exercise creates a feeling of control on himself and the functions of our body.

This generates a welfare state in the individual which leads him to be motivated, besides being found that exercise training does away the pressure and anxiety, giving a feeling of physical and mental wellbeing by the secretion of endorphins, so much so that older people who practice physical activity may notice that they feel younger and consequently have a greater degree of social integration.

Furthermore there is a close relationship between physical activity and mental health, which begins in childhood, where children who exercise since childhood and continue into adulthood consolidate this lifestyle and reach a much more pleasant old age.
